<li>Oversee daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, attendance management, and manpower planning to ensure optimal coverage</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance and maintain excellent service standards</li>
<li>Monitor and manage appointment bookings to maximize productivity and operational efficiency</li>
<li>Manage inventory, stock ordering, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools</li>
<li>Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene standards, and a consistently positive customer experience</li>
<li>Drive sales performance and achieve outlet targets for both services and retail products</li>
<li>Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a professional and timely manner</li>
<li>Prepare daily operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li>
<li>Support and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and company events to enhance outlet performance</li>
</ul>
