Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, attendance management, and manpower planning to ensure optimal coverage
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance and maintain excellent service standards
• Monitor and manage appointment bookings to maximize productivity and operational efficiency
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene standards, and a consistently positive customer experience
• Drive sales performance and achieve outlet targets for both services and retail products
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare daily operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and company events to enhance outlet performance

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations or outlet management (retail, F&B, or service industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
