Summary:

Do you have a talent for storytelling and creating content that captivates and builds a community? Nateskin is looking for a dynamic Content Creator to turn everyday moments, product launches, behind-the-scenes footage, and even challenges into compelling stories that engage our audience on TikTok and Instagram. If you're passionate about storytelling through short videos, and have a portfolio showcasing your creativity, we’d love to have you on our team!

As our Content Creator, you'll ideate, plan, shoot, and edit TikToks and Reels daily. You’ll also work closely with our graphic designer to develop social content, manage the social media content calendar, and ensure Nateskin's presence is engaging and consistent across platforms. Storytellers are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Storytelling & Brand Representation: Be the face of Nateskin by creating TikTok/Reels content that tells the story of our brand and builds a loyal community.
• Content Creation: Ideate, plan, shoot, and edit TikTok and Instagram Reels daily for our social media profiles.
• Turn Key Moments into Stories: Transform product launches, behind-the-scenes moments, brand milestones, and company challenges into engaging content that resonates with our audience and brings them along on the Nateskin journey.
• Collaboration with Graphic Designer: Work closely with our graphic designer to develop static posts and coordinate social media shoots.
• Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery.
• Trend Research: Stay on top of social media trends and incorporate relevant topics into your content.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, monitor, and analyse content performance to inform future strategies.
• Additional Duties: Support ad-hoc tasks such as TikTok live sessions, live selling events, and other duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Storytelling Skills: Ability to turn everyday events into engaging stories that connect with our audience.
• Familiarity with TikTok Content Trends: Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and strategies.
• Video Editing Skills: Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Confident On-Camera Presence: Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Creativity & Execution: Highly creative, open-minded, and able to execute ideas quickly.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with proficiency in Malay. Chinese is a plus.
• Problem-Solving & Multi-Tasking: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Videography Skills: Not required, but the ability to handle professional camera gear and lighting is a huge plus. Most day-to-day shoots will be done using an iPhone.
