<p><strong>We’re Hiring: Video Editor / Content Editor</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>creative, fast-paced Video Editor</strong> to join our growing content team. You’ll be responsible for editing high-performing short-form content, collaborating with creators, and helping scale our social media presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Turn raw footage into high-retention, scroll-stopping content<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Add captions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and basic motion graphics<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with creators and content managers to hit daily/weekly output goals<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow brand styles, pacing, and performance guidelines<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organize files and meet tight deadlines consistently<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>1–2+ years of video editing experience (short-form preferred)<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts pacing and trends<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to Have (Not Required)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience editing viral or high-view content<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Basic motion graphics or animation skills<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Familiarity with content analytics (watch time, retention, hooks)<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Job Type</h3>

<h3>Pay</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month</strong> (based on experience and output)<br>&nbsp;</li>
