Function / Responsibilities:
Part of the Technical Post Delivery team.  Your responsibilities include technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting. You are expected to work with our client to ensure IT Support Services are delivered based on the agreed service level definition.

<li>Ensuring assigned support requests are attended to promptly &amp; meeting their expectation.</li>
<li>Responsible for support issues as a priority.</li>
<li>Assist in Support Team in performing technical fault isolation or troubleshooting at the Customer's premises. </li>
<li>Create, update, and maintain documentation and operational procedures</li>
<li>Assists and provides support in Project delivery.</li>
<li>Required to be on standby for Support Requests.</li>
