<p>We are seeking a dedicated and organised Human Resources HR Executive / Administrator / Assistant to join our team at Neuropower (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will play a key part in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the smooth running of our business.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Human Resources Functions</strong></p>

<li>Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates (if applicable).</li>
<li>Send offer letters and handle new hire documentation.</li>
<li>Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees, including access card issuance, SIM card/phone setup, and workspace arrangements.</li>
<li>Monitor staff attendance and leave management, including handling medical certificates (MCs).</li>
<li>Identify skill gaps and training needs, organize learning programs, and coordinate workshops.</li>
<li>Support workforce planning and collaborate with department heads to address HR needs.</li>
