Key Responsibilities

<li>Identify and research potential customers through various channels.</li>
<li>Follow up with customers to close sales.</li>
<li>Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients interested in solar PV solutions.</li>
<li>Develop creative sales and marketing techniques to effectively communicate with potential clients.</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth consultation with clients to understand their energy needs and financial goals.</li>
<li>Visit client sites and conduct drone surveys to assess the feasibility of solar installations.</li>
<li>Provide preliminary PV project study in terms of feasibility and costing.</li>
<li>Gather relevant data on roof condition, shading, and energy consumption.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for solar PV systems.</li>
<li>Clearly communicate system specifications, costs, and ROI to clients.</li>
<li>Deliver compelling sales presentations to educate clients on solar technology and its advantages.</li>
<li>Negotiate terms and pricing to meet both company and client objectives.</li>
<li>Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and provide exceptional post-sale support, address any issues or inquiries promptly.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.</li>
<li>Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the technical and installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.</li>
<li>Ensure all payments are made by the client before the due date and follow up with all existing payments following the provided turnaround time policy.</li>
<li>Follow up with customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous growth.</li>
<li>Perform any other function that may be assigned by Management.</li>
