<li><strong>1.NF MY Leadership &amp; Commercial Growth</strong></li>
<li>Lead and manage the Malaysia Ninja Freight business unit with full commercial accountability.</li>
<li>Drive acquisition of new clients and retention of existing accounts across Malaysia.</li>
<li>Use market insights and data analytics to develop go-to-market strategies, optimize pricing, and drive commercial decisions.</li>
<li><strong>2.Sales &amp; Account Management</strong></li>
<li>Act as the lead point of contact for key clients within Malaysia, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Singapore and other regional teams (TH, ID) on cross-border deals.</li>
<li>Ensure all opportunities are properly tracked and updated in the internal CRM (within fr8labs) to maintain data integrity and accurate forecasting.</li>
<li><strong>3. Solutioning &amp; Quotation</strong></li>
<li>Collaborate with Operations, Solutions, and Procurement teams to develop end-to-end freight solutions tailored to client needs.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and competitive quotation turnaround with strong value propositions.</li>
<li>Support complex deal structuring, including international shipments, vendor management, and custom solutions.</li>
<li><strong>4. Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></li>
<li>Liaise with regional agents, operations, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of shipments from origin to destination.</li>
<li>Ensure all SOPs are followed on Fr8labs, including vendor onboarding, pricing, invoicing, and operational execution.</li>
<li>Resolve operational or shipment issues proactively by leveraging freight forwarding expertise and cross-functional collaboration.</li>
<li><strong>5. Operational Excellence &amp; Compliance</strong></li>
<li>Oversee the implementation and adherence to commercial SOPs covering the entire shipment lifecycle,  from confirmation to delivery.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely onboarding of customers and vendors, and manage all commercial workflows via fr8labs/ CRM</li>
<li>Drive system adoption, CRM hygiene, and compliance across all stages of the sales and fulfillment process.</li>
<li><strong>6. Market Research &amp; Analysis</strong></li>
<li>Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends</li>
<li>Analyze competitor and market conditions to develop strategies for business growth.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive activity.</li>
<li><strong>7.Business Development </strong></li>
<li>To identify and initiate quality business opportunities with new customers targeting SME and large size companies  with decent size of logistics activities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and implement sales strategies business development plans to achieve  revenue and margin targets.</li>
<li>Convert marketing generated lead into successful deals while proactively developing your own pipeline</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate closely  with internal  departments including operation, customer service, finance to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Find new opportunities through cold-calling or referrals</li>
