Our Culture

As the Senior Executive responsible for Trade Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting your superiors in managing programs and activities to increase the engagement level with our retail customers.&nbsp;
Below is a synopsis of your job functions:
<ul>
<li>Developing and executing promotion plans and trade programs for all our key accounts and retail channels.</li>
<li>Assist and support in conducting market analysis to collate, analyse and review retail channels performance regularly to provide recommendations for performance improvement.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Working closely with the brand marketing team to propose trade marketing plan for new product launches, existing product lines, key offline campaigns and events.</li>
<li>Conduct regular market visits to understand brand positioning within the channels and identify ways to improve brand visibility and merchandising.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in the management of trade marketing budget to ensure efficient spending to meet business objectives.</li>
<li>Collate, analyse and review retail channels performance regularly to provide recommendations for performance improvement.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Your responsibilities will require you to collaborate and communicate extensively with various stakeholders from both internally within the Company or group of companies and externally with our business partners.&nbsp;
