brand’s growth through strategic trade initiatives and ground activation. You will play a
key role in expanding our presence across retail, wholesalers, and distributors, while
ensuring excellence in in-store execution and strong partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Expansion & Channel Development
• Identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to expand
offline brand presence.
• Support the brand's go-to-market strategy in new channels and regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and distribution partners.
In-store Execution
• Plan and execute in-store activations, sampling, and product demonstrations
to drive sell-through.
• Ensure optimal merchandising, product display, and planogram compliance
at all retail touchpoints.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of POSM materials (point-of-sale
materials).
Trade Promotion & Campaign Planning
• Develop and propose trade promotions and seasonal campaigns to drive sales
uplift.
• Monitor and report the effectiveness of trade campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with the management and marketing team to align brand and
commercial goals.
Operational & Inventory Coordination
• Track and manage inventory movement for activations, sampling, and trade
activities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock for offline
initiatives.
Retail & Partner Relations
• Act as the key liaison between the company and retail partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather insights, assess execution quality, and
identify growth opportunities
2–4 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel
development, preferably in consumer goods or e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, merchandising standards, and
activation planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, agile, and resourceful with the ability to work independently and
travel when needed.
