Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and action oriented person to join our team as a Trainee ERP/Systems Consultant. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and is able to communicate effectively at all levels.

• Present and show our ERP solutions to both prospective and current clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and generate referrals.
• Analyze client requirements and recommend tailored ERP solutions to meet their unique challenges.
• Oversee, configure, and execute ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage client deliverables, ensuring all project milestones are met accurately and on schedule.
• Provide expert consultation both remotely and onsite to address client needs effectively.
• Ensure thorough documentation of processes while adhering to project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy in design and development.
• Conduct training sessions, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and stay informed about product updates to enhance team performance and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years relevant experience
• Candidates with good knowledge and understanding of ERP systems will be preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to establish and sustain strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the capability to handle multiple opportunities and priorities concurrently
