🚨 Hiring: Video Editing / Social Media Intern (Mandarin Speaker)

Do you enjoy turning ideas into content?

Maybe you already have tons of creative ideas in your head...you just haven’t had the right platform to actually bring them to life.

You might be someone who:

🎬 Watches a Reel and immediately thinks how the edit could be better

💡 Naturally comes up with hooks, content ideas and creative angles

🔍 Notices the small details that other people usually miss

🤖 Gets curious about new AI tools and better ways of working

If yes, you might fit in very well here.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented intern who wants real hands-on exposure to video editing, content creation, social media and digital marketing.

Most importantly, we want someone who wants to learn fast, try things and grow.

🔥 WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

•  Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels & Shorts
•  Brainstorm content ideas, hooks and creative angles
•  Assist with scripting and content planning
•  Support founders’ personal brands and social media content
•  Research trends and high-performing content
•  Join video shoots, workshops and offline events when opportunities come up
•  Get involved in AI, real marketing campaigns and launches

🚀 WHY INTERN HERE?

We don’t believe interns should spend months doing repetitive admin work.

You’ll work alongside a marketing team and see how content, campaigns and actual business execution come together.

We’re also very open to AI and new tools.

If there’s a tool that can help you work faster, create better or improve your efficiency - explore it, test it and use it.

Have an idea you think could work? Pitch it.

Want to try a different content angle? Test it.

We want this to be a place where you can learn, experiment and actually put your ideas into action.

Depending on the projects happening, you may also get exposure to outstation or overseas shoots / events.

And if you perform well and we’re a strong fit, there’s an opportunity to join us full-time after your internship.

You notice the awkward cut, typo, wrong subtitle or little thing that feels off.

Open-Minded
You’re willing to learn, experiment and take feedback.

You must also be fluent in Mandarin + English, as you’ll be working with Mandarin-speaking clients and content.

•  Basic CapCut, Premiere Pro or video editing skills
•  Basic Canva / design skills
•  Interest in TikTok, Reels and short-form content
•  Basic photography / videography skills
