We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and eager-to-learn Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure across the full digital marketing workflow — from planning content, being on set for video shoots, working with creators, running ads, to reporting results back to clients.
You will work closely with our strategist, production team, and account leads on campaigns for both corporate and SME clients across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and more. Training, mentorship, and hands-on guidance will be provided — your main focus is on execution, learning fast, and growing into a well-rounded digital marketer.
Content Planning &amp; Strategy Support

<li>Assist in planning monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts</li>
<li>Research trends, competitor content, and platform-specific formats (Reels, TikTok, XHS notes)</li>
<li>Contribute ideas for campaign concepts, hooks, and content angles</li>
<li>Prepare content briefs and reference materials for the production team</li>
</ul>
Video Production Support
<ul>
<li>Attend and assist during video shoots (on-site and in-studio)</li>
<li>Support shoot preparation — props, shot lists, scripts, scheduling, and coordination</li>
<li>Ensure content captured aligns with the approved content plan and client brief</li>
<li>Assist with basic on-set problem solving and client communication during shoots</li>

Video Editing

<li>Edit short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Facebook</li>
<li>Handle subtitles, music selection, transitions, and platform-specific formatting</li>
<li>Produce multiple cut-downs and variations from the same footage for testing</li>
<li>Ensure final output meets brand guidelines and platform specifications</li>

KOL &amp; KOC Management
<ul>
<li>Source and shortlist suitable KOLs/KOCs based on campaign objectives and budget</li>
<li>Handle outreach, negotiation, briefing, and scheduling</li>
<li>Coordinate product seeding, deliverables, and posting timelines</li>
<li>Track deliverables, collect content links, and compile performance data</li>
</ul>
Ads Monitoring &amp; Support
<ul>
<li>Monitor daily performance of Meta/Tiktok ad campaigns</li>
<li>Flag underperforming ads, budget pacing issues, and unusual spend patterns</li>
<li>Assist in preparing ad creatives and copy variations for testing</li>
<li>Support campaign setup, audience research, and creative refresh cycles</li>
</ul>
Coordination &amp; Project Support
<ul>
<li>Coordinate between clients, internal production team, and creators</li>
<li>Track project timelines and deliverables in ClickUp</li>
<li>Follow up on approvals, revisions, and posting schedules</li>
<li>Ensure files, assets, and documentation are properly organised</li>
</ul>
Reporting
<ul>
<li>Compile monthly performance reports across social, ads, and KOL campaigns</li>
<li>Track key metrics (reach, engagement, views, leads, ROAS) and highlight trends</li>
<li>Provide simple insights and observations to support client recommendations</li>
<li>Maintain accurate campaign records and result documentation</li>
</ul>
