Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Part-Time Front Line Associate to join our team at KL East Mall, to handle money changing and remittance transactions. Candidates must have experience in cash handling and be capable of working independently with little supervision. 

Key responsibilities:

1.  Perform cashier duties – Handle all customer transactions accurately.
2.   Support daily operations – Assist in opening or closing tasks as required
3.  Relieve team members when needed – Be flexible and ready to cover shifts when other staff are unavailable  
4.  Provide excellent customer service – Treat customers politely and respectfully

6. Handle filing tasks every day – Perform daily filing and keep documents organized 

Job Requirements

• Working hours:
  - Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Total: 25 hours/week)
  - Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Total: 12 hours)
  - Off every Saturday
   
• Pay: RM10 per hour
  - No pay for absences
  - No EPF/SOCSO provided
   
• Requirements:
  - Experience as a cashier or teller
  - Able to work independently
  - Must have own transport
  - Preferably lives near Setapak or Wangsa Maju
  - Must be flexible and able to provide relief when required
