Our Company Culture

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing influencer marketing campaign especially Tiktok, Instagram and Xiao Hong Shu Platform from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with influencers, and meeting client expectations.

 Responsibilities: Influencer Coordination and Communication:

<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers across various social media platforms.</li>
<li>Actively search for influencers that meet client requirements based on campaign objectives.</li>
<li>Communicate campaign details, timelines, and deliverables effectively to influencers.</li>
</ul>
Campaign Execution:
<ul>
<li>Prepare campaign briefs for influencers, detailing client expectations and creative guidelines.</li>
<li>Oversee and manage influencers during events or photoshoots to ensure proper execution.</li>
<li>Obtain mailing addresses from influencers, manage product shipments, and track delivery statuses when campaigns involve physical products.</li>
</ul>
Content Review and Approval:
<ul>
<li>Request Mandarin drafts from influencers, review their work to ensure it meets the campaign brief, and facilitate client approval.</li>
<li>Follow up with influencers to submit drafts on time and ensure campaign deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Step in to assist with content creation, such as filming or editing videos, if influencers are underperforming. </li>
</ul>
Campaign Management and Scheduling Posting:
<ul>
<li>Schedule approved posts and monitor influencer content to ensure it aligns with the planned posting schedule.</li>
<li>Ensure all influencer content is published according to campaign guidelines. </li>
</ul>
Reporting and Payment Coordination:
<ul>
<li>Collect and compile screenshots of post-performance insights from influencers after posting for reporting purposes.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed campaign performance reports for clients.</li>
<li>Gather invoices from influencers and arrange for prompt payment.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with influencers.</li>
<li>Creative problem-solving abilities, especially when working with challenging influencers.</li>
<li>Knowledge of social media platforms, emerging trends, and influencer best practices.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and time management to meet deadlines effectively.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Must be professional and a collaborative team player</li>
<li>Ability to make good judgment calls and proactively problem-solve</li>
<li>Experience handling confidential and sensitive information</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Google Drive.&nbsp;</li>
