About The Role
As a Creative Marketing Specialist, you will bridge strategy and creativity, turning ideas into structured campaigns that win clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop campaign ideas and strategies based on client briefs
- Create pitch decks and proposals with clear storytelling
- Turn business goals into practical marketing campaigns (digital, content, and events)
- Guide internal teams (content, events) to execute ideas effectively
- Do basic research on market, competitors, and audience insights
- Ensure all work is high-quality, realistic, and aligned with client expectations
- Work closely with different teams to deliver smooth campaign execution
- Lead brainstorming and support new business pitches
- Support content shoots, campaigns, and event activations when needed
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
- Min 3 years of experience in an agency, event, or marketing environment preferred
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
- Ability to structure ideas logically and strategically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Malay, and Mandarin are required)
- Able to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of accountability with strong attention to detail
- Client-facing experience is preferred; A background in design is an added advantage
