As a Creative Marketing Specialist, you will bridge strategy and creativity, turning ideas into structured campaigns that win clients.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Develop campaign ideas and strategies based on client briefs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create pitch decks and proposals with clear storytelling&nbsp;</li>
<li>Turn business goals into practical marketing campaigns (digital, content, and events)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Guide internal teams (content, events) to execute ideas effectively&nbsp;</li>
<li>Do basic research on market, competitors, and audience insights&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all work is high-quality, realistic, and aligned with client expectations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with different teams to deliver smooth campaign execution&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead brainstorming and support new business pitches&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support content shoots, campaigns, and event activations when needed&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
