Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, paid ads, messaging platforms, and affiliate networks)
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates
• Manage and nurture leads through various communication channels, ensuring a high conversion rate
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing creatives and promotional strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities
• Track and report key performance metrics regularly to management

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and ROI tracking
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and performance-driven industry
• Preferred: Mandarin-speaking candidates to effectively communicate with a broader customer base
