Job Description

• Brainstorming and developing creative content ideas for Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
• Shooting short-form video content (e.g. interviews, behind-the-scenes, product features, event highlights).
• Drafting fun and engaging captions, and helping schedule posts across platforms.
• Supporting the team with organizing and managing social media content calendars.
• Capturing live content during events and turning them into cool event highlights.
• Keeping an eye on trending content (especially TikTok & Reels) and pitching ideas.
• Engaging with our online community (responding to comments and messages as needed).
• Bonus if you have basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite — but we’re happy to guide along the way!

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Preferably 6 - 12 months of internship duration. Minimum duration of 3 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
• Passionate about social media and content creation.
• Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
• Basic experience with Canva and CapCut (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Comfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.

It'll be nice to also have:

• Photography or videography skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics
• Basic copywriting or content writing skills
• Familiarity with women's wellness or community-focused content
