We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support audit and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.</li>
<li>Reconcile inter-company transactions and balances.</li>
<li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including preparation and filing of VAT/GST and other statutory returns.</li>
<li>Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.</li>
<li>Review and improve internal control systems and accounting procedures.</li>
<li>Supervise junior accounting staff and provide necessary training or support.</li>
</ul>
