About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team at Oji Asia Household Product Sdn Bhd (OAHP) in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth within the central area region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of our company and make a real impact on our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting new potential customers within the central area region
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
• Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and needs
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Providing detailed sales reports and analysis to the management team
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehiclesa
