Job Description

What you'll be doing

* Plan, design, and coordinate mechanical and electrical services for building and infrastructure projects.

* Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

* Support ICT-related system design and configuration, including:

i) PA system setup and programming

ii) CCTV configuration and network connectivity

iii) Structured cabling and data/phone line layout

iv) Access control and intercom integration

* Work with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure proper installation and system functionality.

* Perform troubleshooting, configuration, and minor programming related to control systems.

* Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for M&E and ICT works.

* Ensure all works comply with local regulations, project requirements, and safety standards.

* Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

* Participate in system handover, testing, and user training when required.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or related field.

* Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in M&E works, preferably with exposure to ICT or ELV systems.

* Hands-on experience in configuring PA systems, CCTV, access control, and network wiring.

* Knowledge in AutoCAD and basic programming (e.g., system control software, configuration tools) is an advantage.

* Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

* Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
