<li>Assist and support the Facilities Manager in managing engineering operations at a mission-critical Data Center facility.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage service providers and vendors to ensure compliance with operational requirements and SLAs.</li>
<li>Plan and execute service schedules in accordance with OEM recommendations for critical systems (e.g., UPS, CRAC, chillers, generators).</li>
<li>Proactively resolve technical issues with minimal escalation, ensuring uptime and reliability.</li>
<li>Supervise and ensure effective operation of engineering services including electrical, mechanical, ELV, and fire protection systems.</li>
<li>Oversee shift teams and external contractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and statutory standards.</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate site logs, activity records, and asset registers.</li>
<li>Report change requests, incidents, and project work to the Facilities Manager.</li>
<li>Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs for all MEPF systems.</li>
<li>Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., BOMBA, ST, DOE) relevant to Data Center</li>
