<p>As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and reliability of mission-critical electrical systems at a data center / critical facility. You will serve as the focal point for all electrical systems, ensuring high availability, compliance, safety, and performance while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and the client.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<h3>Electrical Systems Ownership</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee MV &amp; LV electrical systems (11kV / 415V), transformers, switchgears, ATS, RMU, MSB/SSB/DB<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage UPS, battery banks, DC systems, and power distribution units<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and test generators (load bank, off-load, integration with exhaust and auxiliary systems)<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure proper operation of lightning protection, earthing, and grounding systems<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain building electrical systems (DBs, lighting, emergency lighting, EV chargers)<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Maintenance &amp; Compliance</h3>
<ul>
<li>Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance (RM)<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and review Method of Procedures (MOPs)<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain defect/snag lists<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform fault diagnosis, repairs, and corrective actions<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, client SOPs, and statutory requirements<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Incident &amp; Risk Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Respond to system failures and incidents<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and corrective action plans<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate shutdowns and major works during weekends or public holidays<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage vendors, service providers, and client-appointed contractors<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Evaluate service proposals, parts sourcing, and PPM contracts<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation and CMMS updates<br>&nbsp;</li>

<h3>Reporting &amp; Operations</h3>

<li>Conduct daily site walk inspections<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports<br>&nbsp;</li>
