Job Description
- Manage daily facility operations and preventive maintenance for all key utility systems and equipment.
- Liaise with statutory bodies, auditors, contractors and internal teams on compliance, projects and maintenance matters.
- Ensure all facility activities comply with ISO9001, GMP/GLP, OSHA and environmental standards.
- Plan and coordinate shutdown/start-up activities with QA, QC, Production and related departments.
- Lead maintenance teams for utilities (Water System, Boiler, CDA, Medical Gases, WWTP/STP, CMS, BMS, HVAC).
- Oversee cleanroom maintenance to meet sterile and non-sterile production standards.
- Manage annual budgets, KPIs, spare parts inventory and cost-effective procurement.
- Support regulatory audits and drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Engineering, Physics, Science or Mechatronic.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in multi discipline environment such as Semiconductor, Electronic, Pharmaceutical, Food or Aerospace.
- Knowledge in Electrical, Automation, Robotics and Drawing.
