Job Description

  Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Experience in handling full set accounts for companies.
• Log in invoices, payment, journal and receipt voucher.
• Maintain timely and accurate transactions and perform regular accounts reconciliation.
• Managing suppliers’ and customers’ aging status and generating the related Statement of Accounts in timely manners.
• Keep track accounts receivable with Sales team members.
• Preparing income statement, balance sheet, monthly financial statement and other relevant accounting analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and bankers.
• Ensure all management and statutory reporting submissions are done on a timely manner.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget, audit schedules, income tax schedules & etc.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

• At least LCCI holder or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years working experience.
• Knowledge in SQL is an added advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Positive attitude and willing to accept new challenges.
• Systematic and well organised person.
• Ability to multitask.
