<li>Preparing meal ingredients for the chef, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.</li>
<li>Assist with unloading food supplies from delivery trucks, ensuring that all items are handled carefully and stored properly to maintain quality and safety.</li>
<li>Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.</li>
<li>Pack take-out orders as needed, ensuring that all items are carefully and accurately packaged to maintain quality and meet customer expectations.</li>
<li>Remove garbage, replace garbage bags, and clean garbage cans regularly to maintain a hygienic and orderly environment.</li>
<li>Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.</li>
<li>Neatly organize and store all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their designated places.</li>
<li>Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by KKM and Halal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times to meet these standards.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>
