Job Description

1. AI/ML Model Development:
   - Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for software applications.
   - Use deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing (NLP), and other AI techniques to build advanced models.
   - Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform AI model development.
   - Develop, optimise, and deploy AI models in production environments, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and performance.
   
2. Collaboration and Integration:
   - Work with cross-functional teams (software engineers, data scientists, product managers) to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing software products and platforms.
   - Collaborate with software engineers to embed AI capabilities into software products, enhancing features and functionalities.
   - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI and machine learning models and their integration into software systems.
   
3. Documentation and Communication:
   - Write clean, maintainable code and document processes, findings, and solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   - Present technical results and model performance to various internal teams in a clear and understandable manner.
   
4. Monitoring and Improvement:
   - Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed AI models, iterating as necessary to achieve optimal results.
   - Research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI and machine learning advancements and best practices.

Job Requirements

• An open-minded mindset towards new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong experience in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and optimisation methods in AI and ML.
• Hands-on experience in deploying AI/ML models to production and working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with software development life cycles (Agile, DevOps) and tools (e.g., Git, JIRA).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation techniques.
• Positive attitude & ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
