Job Description

• Support the sales and marketing team in executing outreach and lead generation activities across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital platforms. 
• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through market research and competitor analysis. 
• Contribute to the development of sales and marketing content such as social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials. 
• Assist in managing and updating social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries where needed. 
• Support client engagement activities, including follow-ups, appointment coordination, and basic sales administration tasks. 
• Assist in organizing and supporting marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and lead conversion. 
• Participate in brainstorming sessions by contributing ideas for sales strategies, campaigns, and business development initiatives. 
• Maintain and update sales databases, contact lists, and CRM records accurately. 
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new sales/marketing tools to support continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and digital marketing. 
• Good understanding of basic marketing and sales principles. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools is an advantage. 
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). 
• Creative, proactive, and able to think both analytically and commercially. 
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. 
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
