• Strategically structure deals & partnerships with prospective and recurring clients
• Independently carry out market research to generate insights for business development
• Develop business strategies alongside management team to drive the business forward
• Plan and initiate external collaborations/partnerships for business opportunities and growth
• Lead / support ad-hoc initiatives to flexibly adapt to the needs of our fast-paced growth
• (additional) Carry out analytics to improve business performance and inform decision making 

Job Requirements

Language / skills

• Strong business acumen and understanding in business finance
• Above average market research abilities
• Above average desktop/computer skills with experience in Excel, & Word, and ability to communicate effectively through digital channels (email, video conference, online messaging)
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• (optional) Good command of Malay

Experience / qualifications

• Prior experience in business development or strategy
• [Preferred] Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate)
