The Customer Service/Sales Support role responsible in providing administrative and operational support to ensure effective management of incoming sales order. This person will be the point of contact between internal cross function and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment. The ideal candidate will be someone who are detailed oriented, resourceful and capable working under stress environment.
<ins>Job Description </ins>
<ul>
<li>Ensure day to day prompt retrieval of incoming sales orders and process them in a timely matter in accordance to processing guidelines and procedures</li>
<li>Ensure accurate invoice &amp; DO processing upon confirmation from customer&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with internal cross function team (sales, finance, supply chain) and external partners and retailers to ensure smooth ordering and delivery fulfillment</li>
<li>Coordinate shipments/ deliveries by preparing necessary shipping documents (East Malaysia &amp; Brunei)</li>
<li>Attend to general inquiries and take initiative in resolving ad hoc issues to mitigate impact and achieve maximum possible output</li>
<li>Lead to order processing system and support in enhancement of sales processes and SOPs from time to time</li>
<li>Other support as per business needs</li>
