Employees will receive an Annual Wage Salary in the amount of one (1) month salary at the end of December for a full completion of a year of service.

Job Description
<ul>
<li>To perform retail sales activities at Owndays Malaysia' outlets</li>
<li>To deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products</li>
<li>To dispense and fit spectacles according to prescribed requirements</li>
<li>Support daily store operations, including inventory control and stock management</li>
<li>Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations</li>
</ul>
Working Schedule
<ul>
<li>6 off days per month (4 weekdays + 2 weekends)</li>
<li>9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break)</li>
<li>Rotational shifts assigned by the Shop Manager</li>
</ul>
