Looking to start a meaningful career in early childhood education — even without prior phonics or math teaching experience?
At Paced Learning Academy, we are hiring Trainee Teachers who will undergo a 1-month intensive training program to become certified Phonics &amp; Preschool Math educators.
This role is perfect for:
<ul>
<li>Fresh graduates in Early Childhood / Education</li>
<li>Existing teachers (e.g. piano, enrichment, tuition) looking to transition</li>
<li>Individuals passionate about teaching children aged 3–8</li>
</ul>
Successful trainees will be assessed and converted into full-time teachers upon completion.
What You’ll Experience (Training Phase – 1 Month)
<ul>
<li>Structured training in our PACED Phonics &amp; Singapore Math curriculum</li>
<li>Hands-on exposure through mock classes, supervised teaching &amp; real classroom observation</li>
<li>Coaching on classroom management, engagement techniques &amp; online teaching tools</li>
<li>Weekly assessments to track your readiness and progress</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities (Post-Conversion)
<ul>
<li>Teach Phonics &amp; Preschool Math to children aged 3–8 (online &amp; in-person)</li>
<li>Conduct engaging, enrichment-based lessons (30 mins – 1.5 hours)</li>
<li>Provide simple progress feedback to parents</li>
<li>Support lesson preparation and classroom activities</li>
<li>Continuously improve through training and mentoring</li>
</ul>

Compensation

<li>Full-Time Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,000</li>
