Job Description

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals
  • Identify influencer tiers (nano, micro, macro, KOLs) based on objectives and budget
  • Plan campaign timelines, deliverables, and content formats

Influencer Sourcing & Management

  • Research, vet, and onboard influencers across relevant platforms
  • Evaluate influencers based on audience fit, engagement quality, authenticity, and brand alignment
  • Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships

Campaign Execution

  • Manage influencer briefs, content guidelines, contracts, and deliverables
  • Coordinate posting schedules and ensure timelines are met
  • Review content for brand safety, messaging accuracy, and platform best practices
  • Handle influencer communications, negotiations, and issue resolution

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROI)
  • Analyze results and provide post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations
  • Optimize future campaigns based on performance learnings

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams (content, media, performance) to ensure alignment
  • Support integrated campaigns involving paid ads, social content, and offline activations
     

Market & Trend Awareness

  • Stay up to date with influencer trends, platform updates, and creator culture
     

Job Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from concept to execution
  • Strong understanding of platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Experience working with creators across different markets or regions

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Ability to analyse influencer metrics (engagement rate, reach, CPM, CPA, ROI)
  • Comfortable using influencer platforms or tools (e.g. Meltwater)
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident negotiating fees, deliverables, and usage rights
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and creators simultaneously
