Job Description

 1. UI/UX Design Execution

• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design and maintain a scalable design system using Figma (components, auto-layout, variants).
• Ensure responsive design across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Simplify complex logistics and operational processes into intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct usability improvements based on feedback from internal teams and users.

2. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to understand real workflow pain points. 
• Support Business teams in aligning interface improvements with revenue and efficiency goals.
• Participate in sprint discussions and feature planning.

3. Stakeholder Engagement (Good to Have)

• Gather and translate requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Present design concepts clearly and manage feedback effectively.
• Balance multiple department inputs while maintaining usability standards.

4. Product-Oriented Thinking (Good to Have)

• Contribute ideas that improve user adoption, efficiency, and conversion.
• Understand business impact when prioritizing design decisions.
• Think beyond UI — consider workflow optimization and system logic.

Job Requirements

•  2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in: Technology platforms, Logistics systems, Marketplace platforms, E-commerce platforms
• Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, auto-layout).
• Experience designing operational dashboards or workflow-heavy systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced execution environment.
