<p>As a key member of the Picasso Lab (UI/UX) team, you will shape intuitive, accessible, and polished product experiences across JurisTech’s web and mobile platforms. You will translate business needs into user-centred flows and high-fidelity designs, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are both desirable and feasible. <br>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<ol>
<li>Own the end-to-end design process: user flows, IA, wireframes, UI design, prototypes, and design specifications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Translate business and user requirements into clear, reusable UX solutions for web applications and responsive experiences.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma (or equivalent).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct usability testing (remote or in-person), synthesize findings, and iterate designs based on feedback.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with Front-End and Back-End teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and contribute to UI components/design systems (styles, components, patterns, accessibility standards).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Present design rationale to non-designers and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure design output is accurate, consistent, and production-ready (attention to detail).</li>
</ol>
