• Assist in executing branding and marketing initiatives focused on attracting talents across digital platforms.
• Create short-form videos specifically designed to drive applications and engagement.
• Managing and maintaining the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, XHS, Reels.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to brainstorm and turn viewers into qualified candidates.
• Conduct research on market trends and competitor recruitment strategies, and talent attraction insights.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or employer branding activities.
• Support in designing basic marketing materials such as posters, slides, and digital assets.
• Track and analyse content performance to suggest improvements and optimize engagement.

Job Requirements

• Open to students in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or any related field.
• Strong interest in branding, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Good sense of creativity, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn).
• Basic skills in design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar) are a plus.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
