About This Role

We are seeking a driven and highly organized Digital Marketer to enhance our expanding business operations in Hong Kong.

This position is perfect for individuals who thrive on a blend of creativity and strategic thinking—ranging from managing social media content to executing marketing campaigns and fostering brand development across digital channels.

You will collaborate closely with the management team to boost our online visibility, generate leads, and support overall business growth efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and refresh the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop captivating marketing content such as captions, graphics, short videos, and email campaigns
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand recognition and lead acquisition
• Track social media interaction and respond to inquiries as needed
• Help maintain and update the company website and online directories
• Collaborate with designers, vendors, or external agencies to coordinate marketing materials
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors
• Monitor campaign outcomes and compile straightforward monthly reports
• Assist with company events, promotions, and branding efforts
• Support general administrative or coordination duties when necessary

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related discipline
• Foundational understanding of social media marketing and digital platforms
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or Google Workspace is a plus
• Strong communication and writing abilities in English
• Creative, organized, and eager to learn
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
• Proficiency in Mandarin is crucial (both spoken and written), since marketing materials and communications will primarily occur in Mandarin.
