<li>Develop and implement effective training programs that align with industry standards and meet clients' needs.</li>
<li>Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in order to continuously improve training content.</li>
<li>Monitoring records of participant attendance, course evaluations, and other relevant data.</li>
<li>Evaluate participants' performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback for their professional development.</li>
<li>Foster a positive learning environment that promotes collaboration among participants.</li>
<li>Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and to improve our training programmes for future developements.</li>
<li>Attend to all external &amp; internal matters related to the learning &amp; development.</li>
<li>Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.</li>
</ul>
