Job Summary
The Data Center Support Service Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive, end-to-end  support throughout the lifecycle of data center operations. This includes early-stage architecture  planning, commissioning, in-life operation and maintenance optimization, fault response, and long-term reliability improvement. The role ensures high service quality, compliance, and security while  supporting customer business continuity. 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Full-Lifecycle Service Coverage:</li>
<ul>
<li>Support spanning the entire “planning – deployment – operation – optimization”  process.</li>
<li>Pre-sales planning and consulting: Precisely matching business needs.</li>
<li>In-sales deployment and delivery: Seamless integration with system implementation.</li>
<li>After-sales operation and maintenance: Rapid response to faults, proactive prevention,  and spare parts support.</li>
</ul>
<li>&nbsp;Long-Term Optimization &amp; Upgrades:</li>
<ul>
<li>Adapt services to evolving business growth and customer needs.</li>
<li>Analyze and resolve issues from hardware failures to system compatibility, supported  by internal Failure Analysis team.</li>
<li>Feed analysis into product iteration to close the “service – optimization” loop.</li>
</ul>
<li>&nbsp;Digital Service Platform:</li>
<ul>
<li>Provide real-time visualization of service processes.</li>
<li>Allow customers to track service requests online, while engineers use remote  diagnostic tools to quickly locate and resolve issues, reducing onsite troubleshooting  time.</li>
<li>Generate automated “Operation and Maintenance Reports” to document service  traceability and optimization.</li>
</ul>
<li>&nbsp;Customized &amp; Scalable Solutions:</li>
<ul>
<li>Deliver dedicated service teams for large-scale customers, combining on-site  engineers with batch equipment management tools to handle cluster-level monitoring  and tasks.</li>
<li>Ensure scalability and stability of large clusters.</li>
</ul>
<li>&nbsp;Compliance &amp; Security:</li>
<ul>
<li>Strictly adhere to ISO 27001, ITIL standards, and industry-specific compliance  requirements.</li>
<li>Guarantee data confidentiality with encrypted transmission and signed agreements.</li>
<li>Provide compliance reports after service completion to meet audit standards.</li>
</ul>
