Job Title: Data Center Support Service Engineer (Entry Engineer/Sr. Engineer/Staff Engineer)

Job Summary
The Data Center Support Service Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive, end-to-end
support throughout the lifecycle of data center operations. This includes early-stage architecture
planning, commissioning, in-life operation and maintenance optimization, fault response, and long-term reliability improvement. The role ensures high service quality, compliance, and security while
supporting customer business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle Service Coverage:
- Support spanning the entire “planning – deployment – operation – optimization”
process.
- Pre-sales planning and consulting: Precisely matching business needs.
- In-sales deployment and delivery: Seamless integration with system implementation.
- After-sales operation and maintenance: Rapid response to faults, proactive prevention,
and spare parts support.
- Long-Term Optimization & Upgrades:
- Adapt services to evolving business growth and customer needs.
- Analyze and resolve issues from hardware failures to system compatibility, supported
by internal Failure Analysis team.
- Feed analysis into product iteration to close the “service – optimization” loop.
- Digital Service Platform:
- Provide real-time visualization of service processes.
- Allow customers to track service requests online, while engineers use remote
diagnostic tools to quickly locate and resolve issues, reducing onsite troubleshooting
time.
- Generate automated “Operation and Maintenance Reports” to document service
traceability and optimization.
- Customized & Scalable Solutions:
- Deliver dedicated service teams for large-scale customers, combining on-site
engineers with batch equipment management tools to handle cluster-level monitoring
and tasks.
- Ensure scalability and stability of large clusters.
- Compliance & Security:
- Strictly adhere to ISO 27001, ITIL standards, and industry-specific compliance
requirements.
- Guarantee data confidentiality with encrypted transmission and signed agreements.
- Provide compliance reports after service completion to meet audit standards.
