- Obtain orders and deal with the inquiries from customers. - Visit and communicate with existing customers. - Attend exhibition and explain company products. - Timely report to superior for the sales activities. - Prepare sales reports, presentation, proposal material and update job list. - Ensure customer information to be kept confidentially and adequately according to company rules and regulations. - Work closely and maintain good communication within department and other departments. - Responsible for any other tasks assigned from time to time by superior. 
*This position mainly handles existing customers (General contractors or Subcontractors) so no need to handle new customers. *This position might need to go business trip to non-KL area including East Malaysia, China, Taiwan or other APAC countries once or twice in a year. Hence mandarin speaker is preferred.
