Job Description:
● Assist in pre-sales planning and developing media buy plans on digital media ad platforms (such as Google, Facebook, Linkedin & more) including market researching, budgeting and forecasting to achieve client's marketing objectives.
● Analyse sales funnels and customer intent, measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies, and report on marketing KPIs (ROAS, leads, conversion rates, customer retention, etc) as well as insights drawn from data analysis
● Support executive leadership in achieving marketing KPIs through digital marketing strategies and action plans
● Analysing digital media trends and make data-driven decisions.
● Execute and manage the setups of content distribution across a range of digital media channels, such as ad platforms, social media profiles, website blogs and relevant channels.
● Work with a copywriting team to come up with engaging copies for adverts.
Develop account and distribution strategy, analyse and optimise ongoing results and refine strategy if needed.
● Manage account direction including project plans, budgeting and forecasting, quality review and accuracy of deliverables.
● Continuously research and pursue opportunities for client account growth (i.e. identifying new distribution channels for business development executives to upsell).
● Create work orders and keep proper filing on the orders.
● Embrace thought-leadership by staying up-to-date on industry news, technology trends and best practices for the digital marketing landscape.

Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Communications, Psychology or related field
● Minimum 2 years of digital media ad buying experience on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Other digital channels are an added bonus.
● Familiar with digital analytics and tracking tools, especially Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking is a bonus.
● Excellent understanding of online media and distribution planning.
● Proficient in using standard online media research and planning tools.
