&nbsp;We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to drive performance across paid and organic digital channels through hands-on campaign execution, optimisation, and analysis. This role focuses on improving acquisition efficiency, conversion performance, and ROI through data-driven experimentation and close collaboration with content, product, and data teams.

The Job:
1. Performance Marketing Execution

<li>Execute and optimise digital campaigns across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.</li>
<li>Support organic and lifecycle initiatives through coordinated campaign execution.</li>
<li>Apply structured testing approaches for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.</li>
</ul>
2. Paid Media &amp; Channel Optimisation
<ul>
<li>Monitor and optimise campaign performance to improve ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.</li>
<li>Perform day-to-day campaign adjustments including budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative rotation.</li>
<li>Identify performance trends and optimisation opportunities across channels.</li>
</ul>
3. SEO &amp; Organic Growth Support
<ul>
<li>Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimisation, and performance tracking.</li>
<li>Collaborate with content and technical teams to improve organic visibility and traffic quality.</li>
<li>Monitor organic performance and recommend optimisation actions.</li>
</ul>
4.Funnel Optimisation &amp; Experimentation
<ul>
<li>Analyse user journeys and conversion funnels to identify drop-offs and improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Support A/B testing for landing pages, creatives, and messaging.</li>
<li>Work with product and design teams to improve conversion outcomes.</li>
</ul>
5. Analytics, Reporting &amp; Insights
<ul>
<li>Track and analyse key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and LTV.</li>
<li>Maintain performance dashboards and prepare regular performance reports.</li>
<li>Translate insights into actionable optimisation recommendations.</li>
</ul>
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Work with content, social media, product, and data teams to align campaigns, tracking, and messaging.</li>
<li>Support campaign planning and execution timelines across teams.</li>
<li>Participate in performance reviews and optimisation discussions.</li>
</ul>
