Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and client-focused Social Media Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our agency and our clients. You will be responsible for managing social media strategies and content for multiple brand accounts, ensuring each campaign aligns with client goals and maintains top-notch execution. This role requires both creative and analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the social media landscape.

<li>Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships. &nbsp;</li>

<li>Oversee content planning, creation, and scheduling across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with in-house creative teams (designers, videographers, copywriters) to deliver high-quality, on-brand content. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in client meetings, presentations, and campaign reviews. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with agency standards.</li>
