Our Company Culture

<li>Assist &amp; prepare monthly accounts and consolidated accounts for Group consolidation.</li>
<li>Preparation of budgets and maintaining budgetary and cashflow control, including debt monitoring, supporting FC in the preparation of annual budget and forecast thereon.</li>
<li>Responsible to support FC and GCFO with matters relating to banking such as arranging of facilities, preparing &amp; managing Payments.</li>
<li>Prepare presentation material for meetings as required by the Company and Group on financial aspect.</li>
<li>Responsible in Maintaining Invoice Listings In SharePoint.</li>
<li>Ensuring AP Invoices &amp; Staff Claims are keyed in accurately &amp; timely</li>
<li>Filling of Documents, Responding To Vendor and Customers On Invoices &amp; Payments and related documents.</li>
<li>Review Aging reports and follow up on pending invoices or unresolved matters;</li>
<li>Work together with Admin on identifying the variance between Forecast and Actual SGNA;</li>
<li>Support FC in formulating best practices, processes and procedures related to accounting, cash management and finance.</li>
<li>Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.</li>
<li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops relevant to Financial Management and Accounting.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to accounting procedures, policies and internal controls, including compliance with all laws, regulations, BNM Guidelines, MFRSs and Group Guidelines.</li>
<li>To liaise with internal and external parties e.g. Internal Auditors, External Auditors, BNM, Kastam, Bankers and any other consultants related to your job scope.</li>
<li>Any other task as assigned by your superior from time to time.</li>
<li>Any other positions appointed to you by Management (IMS- Integrated Management System/QMS – Quality Management System) as per memo/ supporting documents/ information announcement</li>
<li>Timeliness and accuracy of monthly and statutory reporting</li>
<li>Accurate forecasts and budgets with clear assumptions</li>
<li>Quality report and analysis</li>
<li>Accurate and timely management reporting (routine &amp; non-routine) to FC, CEO, GCEO and GCFO and statutory and tax reporting</li>
<li>Feedback from CSF and internal clients</li>
<li>Satisfactory internal audit reports</li>
<li>Manage treasury requirements and cash flow</li>
