<li>Develop and maintain a close relationship with Sellers &amp; Key Brands on PGMall platform.</li>
<li>Monitor and drive the growth of the Sellers &amp; Key Brands by constructing high-level strategic business plans and identifying new source of opportunities.</li>
<li>Educating Sellers &amp; Key Brands on methods to increase their traction on PGMall.</li>
<li>Establish efficient communications with Seller &amp; Key Brands and to curate SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and social media as required.</li>
<li>Analyze Sellers &amp; Key Brands progression, activities, sales performance, and category initiative to drive transaction numbers and revenue.</li>
<li>Identify market gaps/trends and managing pricing strategy, product assortment, stock availability of Sellers &amp; Key Brands in the category.</li>
<li>Secure exclusive deals with Sellers &amp; Key Brands for key campaigns (eg: 11.11, 12.12, Hari Raya or CNY).</li>
<li>Work closely with internal terms (eg: Marketing, Seller Management / Recruitment, Design &amp; Operations team) to optimize the visibility and sales performance of Key Brands.</li>
</ul>
<ins>International Trade:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Facilitate business development and collaborations with international business partners from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand and other countries.</li>
<li>Facilitate and coordinate international cross-border business process for import and export.</li>
<li>Conduct seller on-boarding presentations.</li>
<li>Ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry locally and internationally. </li>
<li>Negotiate with a variety of people, such as the production team, warehouse team, shippers, and forwarding agents to ensure timely and smooth shipment of goods.</li>
<li>Ensure that invoices are issued, tracked, and paid on time.</li>
<li>Facilitate and collaborate closely with existing distributors, translating business plans to operational plans within the allocated budget.</li>
<li>Maintain a good network, by developing personal relationships with distributors. Manage the Company’s B to B eCommerce platform to secure new international customers.</li>
<li>To manage logistic solutions to ensure all international shipments are processed timely and cost-effectively via different modes of transportations (land, sea, air)</li>
<li>To work closely with both internal parties and external parties (Eg. forwarding agents, clients, government agencies like MITI, MIDA, MOF etc) to coordinate shipment arrangements for safe and timely delivery.</li>
<li>To prepare the necessary documentation for import and export shipments such as applying Import Permit/FTA (MITI), Duty Import Exemption/Approval License (MIDA), e-perolehan (MOF), invoice, packing list, shipping instruction etc.</li>
<li>To resolve customs, legal and regulatory issues related to the shipments process.</li>

To establish and maintain a proper record for order entry, shipment progress etc
