Job description:
This full-time Homestay Operator role at PLY HOME MANAGEMENT in Ipoh, Perak offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality and tourism company. As a Homestay Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our premier homestay accommodation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
What you'll be doing
<ul>
<li>Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of all homestay units to the highest standards.</li>
<li>Coordinating with external service providers for laundry, repairs, and other support services.</li>
<li>Managing bookings, check-in and check-out processes, and guest communications.</li>
<li>Regularly inspect the condition of unit equipment and facilities, candidates with basic repairing skills are preferred.</li>
<li>Refilling and purchasing necessary items such as toiletries, linens, and other guest essentials</li>
<li>Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces if needed.</li>
