Job Title: Guest Service Agent – Property Rentals

Salary: RM1,800–RM2,300 (plus performance bonus/commission)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 10:00am–7:00pm | Sat WFH (12:00pm - 6:00pmhours)

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid / On-site when needed)

Job Scope (Main Focus: Sales)

• Reply and follow up on rental enquiries (WhatsApp, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.)
• Qualify leads (budget, move-in date, room/unit preference)
• Arrange and confirm viewings with prospects
• Follow up after viewings to secure deposits / move-ins
• Update lead records and status in Excel / Google Sheets (pipeline tracking)
• Post marketing content using ready templates (FB/iBilik/TikTok basic) to keep leads coming in

Nice to Have

• Experience as property agent/admin, leasing, customer service, or inside sales
• Familiar with iBilik / Facebook Groups / WhatsApp Business

Performance / Bonus

• Bonus or commission based on move-ins / deposits and response time (details shared during interview)

• Strong communication + follow-up skills (sales mindset, not shy to chase)
• Organized and can handle many messages daily
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Comfortable posting on social media and doing basic edits (CapCut/TikTok is a plus)
• Able to work independently and hit targets
• Have transport
• Must know how to speak and type Malay and English
