We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service & Bar Crew members to join our team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Service Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders
   
• Serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently
   
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
   
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and presentable
   
• Process payments and operate the POS system
   
• Follow service standards and restaurant procedures
   

Bar Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
   
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, and equipment
   
• Check customer identification where required
   
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking
   
• Follow hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Requirements and Skills

• Previous experience in service or bar work is an advantage but not required
   
• Friendly personality with good communication skills
   
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
   
• Team player with a positive attitude
   
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
   
• Basic knowledge of beverages and customer service (training provided)
