We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in property marketing, client servicing, and deal coordination within a fast-paced and professional real estate environment. You’ll be learning directly from industry professionals while contributing to real projects and listings.

Responsibilities

• Assist agents with property listings, marketing materials, and social media promotions.
   
• Conduct market research and update property databases.
   
• Coordinate and attend property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
   
• Support administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and follow-up messages.
   
• Communicate with clients, co-agents, and developers under supervision.
   
• Learn the end-to-end sales and rental process from lead generation to closing.
   
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for marketing and branding.
  

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn.
   
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, Canva, or equivalent tools).
   
• Possess own transport for commuting to property sites and meetings.
   
• Passion for real estate and an interest in property trends and client engagement.
