<li>&nbsp;Carry out routine maintenance and basic repair work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Conduct daily checks to ensure all building equipment and facilities are operating properly.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment breakdowns.</li>

2. Repair Work &amp; Troubleshooting
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and internal departments.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in diagnosing and resolving common issues such as electrical trips, water leaks, air-conditioning problems, and facility defects.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Perform minor repair work including painting, carpentry, fixture replacement, and general upkeep tasks.</li>
</ul>
3. Safety &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Comply with all safety guidelines, fire safety requirements, and building maintenance standards.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support emergency repair activities when breakdowns occur.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Help maintain maintenance logs, inspection records, and service documentation.</li>

4. Vendor &amp; Contractor Support
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in monitoring and supporting contractors performing specialized services (e.g., lift specialists, fire system contractors).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure contractors follow safety rules and complete work according to required standards.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support renovation or repair projects with basic technical assistance.</li>
</ul>

5. Facilities Support &amp; General Upkeep
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure public areas such as office corridors, F&amp;B outlets, walkways, street lighting, and rest areas remain in proper working condition.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist with minor tasks related to workers’ accommodation and facility upkeep.</li>
</ul>

6. Communication &amp; Coordination
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Communicate with tenants, customers, and property management teams regarding maintenance issues.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Report building defects and abnormal conditions promptly to the supervisor or manager.</li>
</ul>
