<p>We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented <strong>Quantity Surveyor</strong> to support cost planning, tender management, contract administration, and project financial control. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in construction cost management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.<br></p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Cost Planning &amp; Budgeting</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing detailed project budgets and cost plans.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support value engineering exercises to evaluate design options and achieve cost optimisation.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare management papers for approvals according to the company’s Limit of Authority (LOA).<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Tender &amp; Procurement</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Review consultants’ tender documents and pre-tender estimates for completeness and accuracy.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in managing the end-to-end tender process, ensuring all documentation is received, reviewed, and submitted on time.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and issue Letters of Appointment, Letters of Acceptance, and contracts to consultants and contractors.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Contract Administration</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), site valuations, and Variation Orders (VO).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure VO and Final Accounts are closed within the planned timeframe (within 6 months) and within budget.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor project costs and payment status in coordination with the Finance team.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Project Coordination &amp; Site Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Attend site meetings and conduct site valuations when required.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure cost-related matters are well managed.<br>&nbsp;</li>
